Joshua-Samuel Freeman is a professional performer and educator originally from Northamptonshire, England. After starting men’s artistic gymnastics at age seven, he began his dance training at age eight with ballet, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre and acting classes. At 16, he took the next step in his journey and moved to London to study at the prestigious Urdang Academy. Joshua graduated in 2021 with a Trinity Level 6 HND in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre.

Since graduating, Joshua has worked on the stage, screen, and television on a wide range of TV and theatre productions. Joshua was also a member of The World of Musicals New Zealand tour in 2022 and most
recently appeared in ITV’s MAMMA MIA! I Have A Dream, live at Novello. Choreographed by Anthony Van Laast and Nicola Treherne.

Joshua is excited to be back with the company and can’t wait to explore Australia.
